  • A screenshot with customer information removed, when useful.
Do not send passwords, API keys, marketplace credentials, full seller files, or customer data.Support will use a secure handoff when sensitive account action is required.

Common workflows

Restore an Apple purchase

Open Account in the app and choose Restore Purchases. Startup restoration also checks current StoreKit entitlements when the app opens.

Complete an Amazon or Walmart update

Import the seller file, review safe actions, export the marketplace-ready update file, upload it in the seller portal, then import the result file so OmMarginshield can reconcile what changed.

Enable remote alerts

In-app alerts are available by default. Push notifications and verified email are separate opt-ins in Account and can be turned off independently.

Delete remote alert information

Turn off remote sync in Account to revoke delivery targets and stop pending reminders. Email support for questions about retained alert history.
