Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of OmMarginshield products, including the free mobile calculator, mobile in-app purchase tiers, and the Shopify application for merchant-controlled pricing workflows.

Use of OmMarginshield

OmMarginshield provides pricing calculators, fee presets, margin-floor checks, seller-ready update files, authorized API workflows where available, and evidence and audit tools. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, configuring targets, pricing limits, approval settings, and account access appropriately for your store or marketplace account.

Merchant Control

OmMarginshield is designed to follow merchant-defined pricing guardrails and approval settings. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, approving update files or authorized API actions, and confirming that your pricing strategy is appropriate for your products and market. OmMarginshield does not guarantee revenue, profit, marketplace placement, or demand.

Mobile App Store Billing

Paid iPhone workflows are offered through Apple in-app purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew until canceled in your Apple account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and renewal is charged by Apple unless canceled before the renewal date under Apple's App Store rules.

Current iPhone in-app purchase options include Calculator Pro at $4.99 USD/month or $29.99 USD/year, a Calculator Pro lifetime non-consumable at $19.99 USD, Shopify Guard at $29.99 USD/month, Single Channel Guard at $50 USD/month, Multi-Channel Guard at $199 USD/month, and OmMarginshield Ultimate at $799.99 USD/month. The price shown on the App Store purchase sheet is the controlling price for your storefront and region.

You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available inside the app for previously purchased Apple in-app purchases.

Shopify Billing

If you install or subscribe to the Shopify app through Shopify, billing may be handled through Shopify Billing rather than Apple. Shopify-billed subscriptions can be managed from Shopify admin or from the OmMarginshield Shopify app settings screen.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse OmMarginshield, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that violates Apple, Shopify, marketplace platform policies, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

OmMarginshield is not responsible for lost revenue due to market fluctuations or user misconfiguration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmMarginshield is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific financial outcomes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service for abuse, unauthorized access, platform-policy violations, or misuse of marketplace APIs. You may stop using the mobile app at any time, cancel Apple subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings, or uninstall the Shopify app from Shopify admin.
